URL	Site address written on bill by me (1. on crap quality bills; 31 bills so far; 2. on selected 2002 design fivers, since August 2013)

Bills without any comment are received within the given postal code area (which, in The Netherlands, is pretty detailed, hence no other comment is needed in my opinion; however, banks and ATM are always mentioned). In countries without very detailed postal codes, the comment field is always used for specifics regarding the place the bill was received.
